Sweepstake Rules for drawing

OFFICIAL GAME RULES FOR "JANESVILLE CITY RESEARCH SWEEPSTAKES"
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

DATES: Promotion begins at 8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time, August 26, 2005, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time December 31, 2005. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to qualified registrants and individuals who live, work or visit Janesville, Wisconsin. Must be 18 years of age or older as of August 26, 2005 and have an Internet service provider prior to August 26, 2005.

TO ENTER: Visit the Sponsor's website at www.janesvillesurvey.com and fully complete the Intake Survey form which is also the panelist registration form on website. All Intake Survey information must be valid, including e-mail address, telephone number and mailing address or entry will be disqualified. All entries must be made on official Intake Survey forms and be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time, December 31, 2005. Only one entry and one winner per e-mail address. Electronic entries will be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g. , business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Sponsor not responsible for (1) undelivered, late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (3) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; and (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the game to be disrupted or corrupted, including computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. Mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied entries are not eligible. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

The potential winners will be selected on or about January 2, 2006, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the deadline date by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone by January 6, 2006, and must respond to Sponsor’s notification by 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on January 9, 2005. No substitution or transfer of prizes or redemption for cash permitted except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received by deadline date. All prizes will be awarded.

PRIZES: One (1) First Prize (prize for adult entrant and adult guest ages 18 and older only): One four-day, three-night trip for two to Las Vegas, Nevada, including round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) and transportation to the hotel from the airport. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500. Alternate First Prize (for entrants age 13-17 only): One (1) Portable Apple Computer and one (1) Apple iPod. ARV: $1,500. Arrangements for travel and accommodations must be made through the Sponsor and advance booking is required. Winner of adult prize and adult guest must travel together on same itinerary. Only one First Prize will be awarded, depending upon age of winner. Two (2) Second Prizes: 17 inch LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) television. ARV: $250.

Potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility including Social Security number for tax purposes, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release, and return same within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond to Sponsor by 5:00 p.m Central Standard Time on January 9, 2006, the affidavit and release documents are not returned within the time period, or documents or prizes are returned from the post office as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner chosen in a random drawing among the remaining eligible entrants. Prize won by minor must be awarded in the name of parent or guardian who must execute affidavit and releases on potential winner’s behalf.

By entering this sweepstakes, entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and consents to the use of his/her name, city of residence and/or photograph without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Taxes, title or licensing fees on prizes and any miscellaneous expenses incurred not specified within these rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All entrants release the Sponsor, City Research Solutions, LLC and its employees, directors, officers and agents, parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, fulfillment, publicity and promotion agencies from any and all claims or liability in connection with their participation in this promotion. Entrants agree to hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, officers, directors and employees from responsibility for damages, losses or injuries, including death or property damage, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, or its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion, fulfillment or publicity agencies and the immediate families of any such persons are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any game not capable of completion as planned, including insertion of computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort and/or to select the winners from remaining eligible entries received prior to cancellation of sweepstakes.

WHO WON: For the names of the winners, available after February 28, 2006, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Janesville City Research, One Parker Place, Suite 105, Janesville, WI 53545, Attn: Janesville City Research Sweepstakes, or check the Sponsor's website at www.janesvillesurvey.com. All requests for winners' names must be received by February 28, 2006.
